Fantastic experience moving house with TPC team. The in the chaos of relocation they were the only oasis of reliability, punctuality and diligence. The team did everything they promised and went above and beyond: easy communication, caring attitude, flexible to some changes on our part. Firstly, the chat experience on their website is awesome! Secondly, they were extremely responsive via email, website chat, and WhatsApp. Lastly, payment was extremely easy at the end of the move! They sent a link that clearly explained the charges, and we were able to promptly submit the payment.

The way they dealt with my international move was not just very professional and efficient but also very transparent. They even sent pictures for a better understanding in what state the crate was in. TPC movers was more than able to understand our needs and remained trustworthy the whole process through.

I have moved countless times – both in the US, UK and Europe…and this company is by far the best experience I’ve had to date. The care in packing, moving and storing is exemplary. It all begins with Lili in the office who is communicative, clear and extremely efficient so you feel in safe hands immediately. The movers themselves – I can speak of Adrian – are brilliant. They arrived on time, they remained in contact before, during and afterwards. They wrapped our belongings in paper, bubble wrap (where required) and then in plastic – then taped them up. Once delivered to the cool and secure storage unit they placed it all inside carefully. What can I say more – and it is affordable when compared to any alternatives here in Cyprus.
